Product Description

MummyLovesLily has taken every care to ensure that the descriptions of our products are as accurate as possible.

Every effort has been made to show the product colours exactly as possible.  We cannot accept responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you. 

Products displayed on this website are only available whilst stocks last. 

Acceptance of Orders

Orders placed with MummyLoveslily will not be accepted and no contract will be formed between us until you have been instructed that said goods are available and that all goods and applicable charges have been paid in full.  

MummyLovesLily will confirm acceptance of your order on receipt of cleared funds via email (where a valid email address has been provided).

Conversely you will also be notified via email if an item is unavailable.

Please allow 7-14 working days for any "Handmade to Order" item to be handmade and ready for shipping.  

Please allow 1-2 working days for any "Ready to Ship" item to be ready for shipping.  

In the unlikely event of a delay, you will be notified immediately.

Payments

All online payments are processed safely and securely through our payment services provider, PayPal.  PayPal automatically encrypts all sensitive information ensuring your financial & personal information remains private.  You can review the PayPal privacy policy at www.paypal.com.  

You do not need a PayPal account to use PayPal as all major debit & credit cards are accepted.

MummyLovesLily is not registered for V.A.T.

Delivery

The Delivery Service used is Royal Mail.

All UK orders with a value of £20 and under are sent via one of the following services:

  • UK Standard - 2nd Class.  The Delivery Charge for this service is £2.95 (Please allow 2-3 days to receive your order once it has been dispatched). 

  • UK Standard - 1st Class.   The Delivery Charge for this service is £3.45 (Please allow 1-2 days to receive your order once it has been dispatched).

All UK orders with a value greater than £20 are sent via one of the following services:

  • UK Confirmed - Signed For 2nd Class.   The Delivery Charge for this service is £3.95 (Please allow 2-3 days to receive your order once it has been dispatched). Please note that a signature will be required for delivery.

  • UK Confirmed - Signed For 1st Class.   The Delivery Charge for this service is £4.45 (Please allow 1-2 days to receive your order once it has been dispatched). Please note that a signature will be required for delivery.

All UK orders with a value of £75 and over qualify for FREE UK Mainland Delivery using Royal Mail's UK Confirmed Signed for 2nd Class service. Please allow 2-3 days to receive your order once it has been dispatched.  Please note that a signature will be required for delivery.

Proof of Postage will always be obtained and Tracking Numbers provided where applicable. Delivery times will be dependent on your chosen method of delivery once your item is ready for shipping. 

All International orders are sent out via one of the following Tracked & Signed services:

  • Europe - International Tracked & Signed. The Delivery Charge for this service is £12.55 (Please allow 3-5 working days to receive your order once it has been dispatched).

  • Rest of World 1 - International Tracked & Signed.  The Delivery Charge for this service is £17.35 (Please allow 5-7 working days to receive your order once it has been dispatched)

  • Rest of World 2 - International Tracked & Signed. The Delivery Charge for this service is £18.15 (Please allow 5-7 working days to receive your order once it has been dispatched).

Please be advised that any over payment on International Shipping will be refunded.

All International orders with a value of £175 and over qualify for FREE Delivery using Royal Mail's Tracked & Signed service.

Please note that customers are solely responsible for any import/customs duties and taxes due on their purchase.

MummyLovesLily will not be held responsible for orders that are delayed in customs.

Returns and Exchange Policy

MummyLovesLily really hopes that you love your purchase, however if you are in anyway dissatisfied your item can simply be returned within 14 days of receipt to obtain a full refund.

Please email MummyLovesLily via the Contact page explaining what you are returning and why so an exchange or refund can be arranged as soon as possible.  Please quote your name, address and order number.

The Customer is to pay for any return delivery and unfortunately this cost will not be refunded. MummyLovesLily will only reimburse the return postage costs in the case of faulty, damaged or incorrect supply of goods.  

Please use Recorded Delivery when returning goods as MummyLovesLily cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the post.

The returned goods must be as new, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition as when delivered (including any labels) and in its original packaging to qualify for a refund or replacement. 

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of MummyLovesLily receiving the returned goods and will be processed through Paypal.

To return an item by post please repackage your goods with care and include details of the order.

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, MummyLovesLily does not accept returns on tailor-made, modified or personalised items as they cannot be resold.
